Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NYTHOS platform, including the website at nythos.io, the dApp, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to interact with cryptocurrency and blockchain applications in your jurisdiction. By using NYTHOS, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service
NYTHOS provides on-chain intelligence features including whale signal detection, AI-scored wallet analysis, staking, and presale participation on the Base network. The Service is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. Presale Participation
- Presale contributions are made in cryptocurrency on the Base network and are subject to the terms of the smart contract.
- Contributions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in the smart contract.
- Token allocations are governed solely by the deployed smart contract logic.
- Purchasing tokens does not constitute an investment contract or guarantee of any return.
4. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on NYTHOS - including whale signals, AI scores, or any data displayed - constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All on-chain intelligence is informational only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
5. Wallet & Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. NYTHOS never has custody of your funds. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet or user error in transactions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or smart contracts.
- Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the Service.
- Impersonate NYTHOS or its team members.
- Use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on the NYTHOS platform (excluding open-source components) is owned by or licensed to NYTHOS. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM SMART CONTRACT BUGS, NETWORK CONGESTION, OR MARKET CONDITIONS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NYTHOS AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
